Biography: Dr. Xu received his Ph.D. degree from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Sweden. He previously worked as a Senior Research Fellow at University College London and is currently an Associate Professor - Reader in the School of Engineering at the University of Warwick. His research interests include optical communication, optical sensing, intelligent signal processing, and machine learning techniques. He serves as an Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Communications and has served as Chair of the Optics in Digital Systems Technical Group of the Optical Society of America (Optica). He has also been a TPC Co-Chair or member for more than 20 IEEE conferences, including GLOBECOM and ICC. He is currently the Coordinator of an EU Horizon Europe Project, Project Manager for an EU Horizon 2020 Grant, and Principal Investigator of a UK National Grid Project. He has published over 175 journal and conference papers and two invited book chapters.

Biography: Professor Anhui Liang is a national high level talent of China and the second level professor, Deputy Director of University Academic Committee, YanGo University and Dean of Electronic Information and Interdisciplinary Research Institute. He held several high level positions in USA and China, e.g. Tyco Submarine Systems Ltd. (a part of former Bell Labs) in USA； Chief Scientist, FiberHome Technologies Group， which was with about 38000 of staffs; Deputy Director of University Academic Committee, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications; Head of Optical Engineering Disciplinary, Guangdong University of Science & Technology etc.

Biography: Dr. Hind Hallabia is an academic Teacher at the University Institute of Technology of Saint Etienne and Researcher at the Hubert Curien Laboratory University Jean Monnet France. She served as a lecturer at University of Tours and Guest Researcher at the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA) Loire Valley Center, France She completed her PhD studies in Major at the National Engineering School of Sfax (ENIS), Tunisia. She has held positions at prominent institutions, including IUT Blois and IUT Aix Marseille University, France and the University of Sfax, Tunisia. She is known for her contributions to the fields of image processing and remote sensing. Her teaching disciplines include applied physics, Computer Science, Image and Signal Processing and her interests are focused on the advanced techniques for image fusion.

Biography: Dr. Savencu Cristina Elena completed her medical training at UMF Carol Davila, Bucharest, graduating in 2008. She became a certified Oral Surgeon Specialist in 2011, further advancing her academic path with a PhD from UMF “Victor Babeș” Timișoara in 2019.
Her university career began in 2014 as an Assistant Professor at UMF “Victor Babes,” where her Dr. Savencu Cristina Elena is actively involved in scientific innovation as a researcher within the Center for Advanced Technologies in Dental Prosthodontics, contributing to interdisciplinary projects that merge oral surgery with advanced prosthodontic technologies.

DE MORAIS (H-62), PhD, was full Professor of Physics at the University of Brasilia (UnB) – Brazil up to 2013, Appointed as UnB’s Emeritus Professor (2014), Appointed as Guest Professor of Huazhong University of Science and Technology – China (2011), Visiting Professor at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) – China (2012-2015), Appointed as Distinguished Professor at Anhui University (AHU) – China (2016-2019), Appointed as Full Professor at Catholic University of Brasília (UCB) – Brazil (2018), Appointed as CNPq-1A Research Fellowship since 2010. 2007 Master Research Prize from UnB, 2008-member of the European ERA NET Nanoscience Committee, Member of the IEEE-Magnetic Society Technical Committee, Senior Member of the IEEE Society, 2012 China’s 1000 Foreign Expert Recipient, and 2012 Academic Excellence Award from Brazilian Professor’s Union. Biography: Dr. Nyi Nyi Linn is a researcher and doctoral graduate from the School of Electronics and Information Engineering at Beihang University (BUAA) in Beijing, China, having completed his PhD in 2023. He is highly motivated with a focus on communication networks, specializing in VANETs (Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks), satellite communication, and the application of machine learning/deep reinforcement learning for MAC protocol design and optimization.

Biography: Dr. Le Li received his M.S. in optical instrument from Zhejiang University in 1984, and Ph.D. in optics from Fudan University, Shanghai, China in 1988. Dr. Le Li has extensive R&D experiences in both industry and the academy with focus on optics, lasers, liquid crystal, optical components, devices, systems, display, sensors, etc. From 1988-1989, Dr. Le Li conducted optics and laser physics researches in the Department of Physics at Fudan University. From l989 to 1991, he performed research work at the Liquid Crystal Institute at Kent State University, where his focus was on liquid crystal devices, and nonlinear optics. Biography: Jiaxin Cai received his Ph.D. degree in Information and Computation Science from Sun Yat-Sen University in 2014. He also received his M.S. degree and B.Sc. degree in Bio-medical Engineering from Southern Medical University in 2011 and 2008 respectively. Currently, he is an associate professor in the School of Mathematics and Statistics at Xiamen University of Technology. He has authored over 50 peer-reviewed papers at academic journals and conferences such as IEEE Trans as the first author or corresponding author, including 3 ESI Top1% highly cited paper. His current research interests include machine learning, computer vision and bio-medical engineering.

Biography: Pallav Dutta is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Aliah
University, Kolkata. He also served as the Head (Officiating) of the department from 2019 to
2021. With over 17 years of experience in academia, research and administration, he has served
in several reputed government universities and institutions across different parts of India, such
as National Institute of Technology (NIT) Sikkim, Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology
(VSSUT), Burla, University of Burdwan before joining Aliah University. Additionally, he held the
position of Group A Gazetted Officer through the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC)
during 2014–15. His professional journey reflects a deep commitment to advancing engineering
education and promoting research that connects technology with human well-being and
sustainability.
His research interests span Human Centric Lighting, Renewable Energy Systems, Internet of
Things (IoT), Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Environment and Spatial
Computing. Through his work, he explores the intersection of intelligent systems, lighting
performance and human-centric design principles. He has authored numerous research papers
in leading international journals such as LEUKOS, ISA Transactions and Results in Engineering,
among others.
He also holds several patents in areas related to smart lighting, intelligent infrastructure and
renewable energy applications. He has guided multiple postgraduate theses focusing on IoT
enabled energy management, adaptive lighting systems and data-driven energy solutions.
He is a Chartered Engineer and a Senior Member of IEEE, associated with several IEEE societies

Biography: Dr. Ajay Kumar Dwivedi (Senior Member, IEEE) is an Associate Professor and Research Head in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Cambridge Institute of Technology, K. R. Puram, Bangalore, India. He received his B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow in 2010, his M.Tech. in Wireless Communication from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences, Allahabad in 2015, and his Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad, Prayagraj, India in 2021. With over 15 years of academic and research experience, Dr. Dwivedi has authored and co-authored more than 130 research papers in reputed international and national journals and conference proceedings. His primary research interests include RF and microwave engineering, dielectric resonator antennas (DRA), MIMO antenna systems, metamaterial-based antenna design, and next-generation wireless communication technologies (5G/6G). He has made notable contributions to the design and optimization of advanced antenna systems and has been actively involved in funded research projects and collaborative initiatives. Dr. Dwivedi holds professional memberships as a Life Member of IETE, ISTE, and IAENG, and he is an active member of the IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society and the IEEE Microwave Theory and Technology Society.
